まんがファーム 投稿ガイドライン
本規約は、ユーザーがまんがファームに投稿する際のルールを定めるものです。すべてのユーザーは本規約を遵守する必要があります。
1. 禁止される投稿内容
以下の内容を含む投稿は禁止します。これらに該当する投稿は、予告なく削除される場合があります。
- 成人向けコンテンツ（18禁）:
暴力的、性的、または不適切な描写を含むコンテンツ。
- 違法行為に関する内容:
違法行為を助長、教唆、または表現するもの。
- 差別的・攻撃的な表現:
人種、性別、宗教、障がいなどに基づく差別や中傷を含むもの。
- プライバシー侵害:
他者の個人情報を含む投稿（氏名、住所、電話番号など）。
- 知的財産権の侵害:
著作権、商標権などを侵害する内容（無断転載・二次創作を含む）。
- スパムや広告:
商業目的の広告、または不適切なリンクを含む投稿。
- 暴力的・残虐な表現:
不要に残虐なシーンや暴力行為を含むもの。
2. 投稿形式について
- 作品内容の健全性:
投稿作品は全年齢が楽しめる内容に限定します。
- タイトル・説明文:
作品のタイトルおよび説明文は、投稿内容を正確に表現し、不快感を与えないものとします。
3. 遵守事項
- 他ユーザーへの配慮:
他ユーザーが気持ちよく利用できるよう、礼儀を重んじた投稿を心がけてください。
- 運営の対応:
投稿内容に問題がある場合、運営は投稿の削除、アカウントの一時停止・削除を行う権利を有します。
4. 規約違反への対応
- 警告: 規約違反が軽微な場合、運営より警告を行います。
- 投稿削除:
規約に反する投稿は運営の判断で削除されます。
- アカウント停止:
悪質な違反が認められた場合、アカウント停止または削除の措置を講じます。
5. その他
- 本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。
- 投稿前に本規約を必ずご確認ください。
MangaFarm Posting Guidelines
These guidelines establish the rules for users posting on MangaFarm. All
users must comply with these guidelines.
1. Prohibited Content
Posting content that includes the following is prohibited. Posts that
fall under these categories may be deleted without notice.
- Adult Content (18+): Content containing violent,
sexual, or inappropriate depictions.
- Content Related to Illegal Activities: Content that
promotes, incites, or depicts illegal activities.
- Discriminatory or Offensive Expressions: Content that
includes discrimination or defamation based on race, gender, religion,
disability, etc.
- Privacy Violations: Posts containing others' personal
information (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that
infringes on copyrights, trademarks, etc. (including unauthorized
reproductions and derivative works).
- Spam or Advertisements: Commercial advertisements or
posts containing inappropriate links.
- Violent or Cruel Expressions: Content that includes
unnecessarily cruel scenes or violent acts.
2. Post Format
- Content Appropriateness: Posted works are limited to
content suitable for all ages.
- Title and Description: The title and description of
the work must accurately represent the posted content and not cause
discomfort.
3. Compliance Matters
- Consideration for Other Users: Please be mindful of
posting with courtesy so that other users can enjoy using the
platform.
- Management Response: If there are issues with posted
content, management reserves the right to delete posts and temporarily
suspend or delete accounts.
4. Response to Guideline Violations
- Warning: For minor violations of the guidelines,
management will issue a warning.
- Post Deletion: Posts that violate the guidelines will
be deleted at management's discretion.
- Account Suspension: If malicious violations are
identified, measures such as account suspension or deletion will be
taken.
5. Other
- These guidelines may be changed without prior notice.
- Please be sure to review these guidelines before posting.
